A convict on death row escapes from prison and accidentally ends up with a retired veteran who is called upon by the authorities to teach the process of hanging a convict to the new staff.

Siva, an ambitious youth aspiring to be a police officer, wins Sivani's love and marries her, only for her to be abducted the very next day by a powerful minister intent on forcing her into marriage. With a dangerous criminal also hunting her, the story centers on Sivani's strength and whether Siva can rescue her from his enemies.

"Scene opens showing interior of woods in India. In the centre is displayed a native altar of worship. The high priest enters, and at his command enter two native slaves, whom he commands to remove the pedestal in the centre of the alter. In its place he places an urn; with a few mysterious passes he causes flames to issue forth, to the consternation of his servants. He then throws a magic powder into the flames, and there appears, after the explosion, a beautiful vision of Siva the Invisible, who mysteriously ascends to the centre of the altar; and, before they can admire her beauty, she fades away into space. Not to be outdone, the priest makes a few more passes, and gradually there appears in the place of Siva a Hindoo princess. Both the priest and the servants fall on their knees to worship her. She immediately takes her place on the pedestal, and to the alarm of all turns to the stone statue of Buddah, the Hindoo God. They flee in terror."

A casual meeting on a train leads to the blossoming of love, fun and lots more between Siva and Sakthi. We see love in the mind of Siva at first, while we find a new turn during the second half where Sakthi reciprocates it.

Siva, Rama and Raju are brothers who dote on their sister, Swathy. She is married off to a rich, neighbouring family. But, the head of that family is a vengeful man looking to settle past scores.

Shiva (Sudheer Babu) is a carefree young man who works in a courier company as a delivery boy. During a train journey, he comes across Shruti (Regina), who works as a radio jockey. Shiva instantly falls for Shruti and he starts trying to impress her.
